yesterday training was really really tough la .
like .. i sort of twisted my ankle . WHAT IS THIS .
and yeah . cos wore the flippers for like the butterfly's and freestyle's and kicking . WTH -.-
my leg hurts . my arm hurts . and my stomach hurts ( although i don't know why . guess it is cause of the butterfly's bah . )
helped the girl in relay , so we won . ! yay ? xD
